Machine is constructed in such a way that single housing has two stations: shafts balancing station called CMT-47 TR Polymer and station for testing turbochargers core assemblies CMT-48 VSR.<\/p>\n<p>Station for balancing shafts of turbochargers CMT-47 TR Polymer is used in the fi rst stage of turbocharger balancing for dynamic balancing of shafts of all types of automotive turbochargers (even the smallest ones, for example, Smart) in two planes of correction, after it was<br \/>\ncleaned and tested on runout.<\/p>\n<p>Station CMT-48 VSR is used for high speed testing of turbochargers core assemblies. In short, this station is used when we want to verify if there are any dynamic infl uences on the shaft at a nominal speed. This could be, for example, shaft axe bending under infl uence of load torque.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, we obtain measurements of the rotor vibration characteristics throughout the whole speed range.
